Important Note
  • Candidate should have valid Email id and Mobile number to get OTP for admission registration process. OTP will be sent on registered Mobile/Email.
  • Candidates are required to fill correct personal and contact details in order to receive communication regarding admissions on time.
  • Candidate must have valid Aadhaar Details.
  • Before start filling the admission registration form candidate must insure that they have:
    • Candidate’s Passport size photo in jpeg format (Less than 25 KB).
    • Scanned copy of candidate’s signature in jpeg format (Less than 25 KB).
    • Scanned copy of 10th, 12th, JEE, or other qualified Examinations Mark sheets in PDF Format.(less than 10 MB).
    • Valid bank account details :  Account Number, IFSC code and Bank Name with Branch name.
    • Candidate’s Blood Group.
    • Scanned copy of Candidate’s Aadhaar Card.
  • The scanned copy in PDF format of Class 10 certificate (as Name and Age proof), Qualifying Degree/Class Mark sheet (as eligibility proof) and Caste Certificate (if applicable) must be uploaded on the portal.
  • Kindly fill up this form with correct information as an essential and primary step of the admission process. Candidate should fill Personal details as per the 10th Certificate.(Candidate Name ,parents name, DOB )
  • Admission granted on the basis of incorrect information will be ipso facto nul and void.
  • Application form must be complete in all respects. Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected.
  • Candidates seeking admission to any of the professional programs offered by the University must have appeared in any national/state-level entrance test.
  • Those who have not appeared in any such test must appear in the entrance test conducted by the University in Indore.(SVET-2018)
  • In all matters relating to the admission, the decision of the University will be final and binding on the applicants.
  • No correspondence from the applicant with respect to his/her non-selection will be entertained.
  • The admission process at the University shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Indore.
  • For Payment two options available on the portal: - Online Payment and Offline Payment.
    • In case of Online Payment, student can pay specified fee amount via credit card, debit card, net banking, and Payment wallets, available with the payment gateway. In case of any issue in online transaction please email on headit@svvv.edu.in or admissions@svvv.edu.in mentioning application ID with details.
    • In case of Offline Payment students required to take the print of bank challan and deposit the specified fee (only in Indian currency approved by RBI) in any branch of Bank of Maharashtra. After depositing Registration fee in Bank, candidate required to submit the copy of paid challan to Fee clerk (SVVV Account Section) failing which their form will not be accepted.
  • The admit card for SVET examinations are available on university website for download two days prior to examination date. SVET admit card can also be downloaded from http://svet.cbexams.com/YEAR2018/svet2018admitcard/Login.aspx .
